PGATour — Official site of the PGATour. Took over GolfWeb which is too bad since that site had better content. It is not very good looking and is often awkward to use, but the PGATour has managed to lockup real-time results and other important tour information so you kind of have get to know this site.

GolfOnline — Some good content can be found here, and the GolfStats section is really great.

Golf — Good for news of PGA tours worldwide -- stories, features and some statistics.

GolfToday.co.uk — Site for England's leading golf magazine. Great for worldwide features, notes on players health, plans, etc. Tells it like it is, including gossip and dirt you never get from US sites.

TheGolfChannel — Has good features from tours around the world.

GolfDigest — Tour news stories and features, plus instructional tips and videos to help you play better.

GolfBytes — This site has a fantastically detailed and complete listing of golf links you can go to directly. Rules, tours, courses, equipment, jokes -- you name it, this site has it.

GolfCourse — Find courses by state, area, city, type, etc. Most complete site for finding a place to play and getting course information.

USGA — Official site of the US Golf Association. USGA news, but most useful when it comes to the rules of golf.

WorldGolfChampionships — Heavily oriented to the WGC tournaments but also a good source of word golf news.

PGA — Not to be confused with the PGA Tour site. This is the official PGA tour site, with lots of news and features.

GolfJokes.co.uk — When the game gets you down this is the site to go -- hundreds of golf jokes, sorted by category. Don't be fooled -- this is anything but stodgy British humor.
